About Warwickshire Industrial Archaeology Society

The WIAS was formed in 1989 with the aim of promoting the study, recording and preservation of the industrial archaeology of Warwickshire, Coventry and Solihull. We have regular monthly meetings with talks and visits to sites within Warwickshire and beyond. The Society has a thriving membership, from dedicated specialists to enthusiastic amateurs. New members are always very welcome or come along as a visitor. We meet at 7.30pm on the second Thursday of each month in the Warwick Prep School Hall, Banbury Road, Warwick, CV34 6PL (September to June). Sales table and refreshments available. Visit www.warwickshireias.org or email enquiry@warwickshireias.org.
