Come along to a weekly or monthly activity run by Age UK Solihull and their volunteers.
Lunch Clubs for Over 65s
Enjoy refreshments, entertainment and the company of others. Weekly and monthly clubs across the Solihull borough.
Afternoon Clubs for Over 65s
Hot drinks and cake, occasional entertainment and activities, and great company.
Walking Groups for Over 50s
Enjoy fresh air, exercise and the company of others. They take place at various locations across Solihull and are suitable for all abilities.
Social Café
All Solihull residents aged 18+ are welcome at our monthly Social Café, where you can meet our Social Prescribers, Solihull Council’s Community Development team, and other residents looking for some company. It is free to attend (food and drinks available to purchase) and there’s no need to book. At The Tea Chest, 242 Lyndon Road, Solihull, B92 7QW from 11am – 1pm on the first Tuesday of each month.
Big Knit Group
Come and knit or crochet little hats for the Big Knit, which raises funds to help Age UK Solihull provide their vital services for older people. It is free to attend and wool, patterns and hot drinks are provided. No need to book – just come along with your needles! At Lower Ground Floor, The Core, Homer Road, Solihull, B91 3RG from 1pm – 3pm every Thursday.
