We are a non-profit making guitar group. We are mostly retired and play 50s, 60s and 70s music. We practice every Thursday evening at the Bulkington Village Centre from 7pm - 9pm. We charge a small fee for members which pays the rent. We go out and entertain local groups and any donations we get we give to a different local charity of our choice every year. These special musical events feature local musicians and are for those that enjoy all sorts of live music and might like to meet others in a comfy, safe environment. Held on the second Thursday of each month from 1pm to 3pm at the Kanko Lounge on Clifton Road, Rugby, CV21 3PY, they are particularly beneficial for those with memory issues, but everyone is welcome. We are a volunteer association military band, however there are no military obligations, performing at service and civilian charities, weddings, ceremonial fanfares, concerts, dinner bands, church music and funerals.
