Our service provides support to black elders who are 60+ in the community who are socailly isolated, vulnerable and lonely (but not just for those faced with these situations). We have good conversations and provide practical help and support. Our activites promote the benefits of Health, Wellbeing and Skills Development to stimulate your mental and physical wellbeing.
