Our meetings are held at 2.30pm on the second Sunday of the month at the Mary Forryan Centre. We also have our ‘Challenge Parkinson’s’ weekly exercises at 3pm at St Francis Centre, Movement to Music at 2.30pm and Singing For Fun at 4pm on Fridays at Elmesthorpe Village Hall and our Nordic Walking on the third Thursday of the month at 11am from Burbage Common. Our Carers Group is on the third Tuesday at the same time as the exercise class. We also have our monthly 'drop ins' at Dobbies at Stapleton on the third Monday of the month 2pm-4pm in the Restaurant Conservatory. For more information please call Janet Kavanagh on 07932 615233.
