We are a Community Interest Company (CIC) run by volunteers that manages the community orchard in the Stoneleigh Meadows next to the River Sowe. We make cider (and a little perry) each year which is sold to raise funds to maintain the orchard and for local community projects. With the orchard still young and harvests modest, members of the CIC get priority in placing orders for cider. If you would like to join as a member, donate to the CIC or simply visit the orchard. Run by Age UK Solihull staff and their volunteers. Come along to the Thursday Friends Lunch Club at the Red Lion Pub, High Street, Knowle every Thursday from 12pm – 2.30pm for a hot meal, tea/coffee, social activities and great company.
